Enduro GP Spain - Remes Retains the Leaders Plate  (May 2, 2017)

Eero Remes keeps the golden 'plate' as the championship leader of the Enduro 2 class at Spain's GP.

In Puerto Lumbreras, in the province of Murcia, ltook place the second round of the World Enduro Championship last weekend.

In the two days of the race, the Spanish environmentalists tried in all ways to suspend the race and on Sunday the organizers had to cut the enduro test and then the extreme, shortening the race considerably.

In Enduro 2 Eero Remes took a third place in day one whilst on the next day of race he won in dominating form.

Still in Enduro 2 it was a weekend to forget for Manuel Monni who withdrew in both races with some technical issues with the dust. Same thing for Emanuele Facchetti who waved the white flag, unfortunately the too much dust of the GP of Spain has created him many problems.

EERO REMES

"Yesterday I ran a race below my potential but in Day 2 I redeemed myself with a wonderful victory"

MANUEL MONNI

"We immediately turn page and we think about the GP of Italy. The desire of redemption is big"

EMANUELE FACCHETTI

"A GP to forget and now I just want to think about getting the best for the home GP"
