Rose Impresses at BSEC and Ride Off-Road
Jordan Rose, aboard the Electraction / TM UK TM Racing 250cc 2-Stroke machine continues to impress in his debut enduro and sprint season on the Italian marque.
Following from a 3rd place finish in the Elite class at round 2 of the BSEC championship, Jordan Rose was to go one better at round 4 and 5 finishing a solid and well deserved 2-4 placing to secure 3rd overall behind Superenduro champion Taddy B and AMA star Ricky Dietrik. Jordan now stands 3rd overall in the championship before dropping his worst round, round 1 where a heavy coming together with a rock derailed his chain.
Jordan is showing he has the pace to run at the front even in world class company. Of the BSEC Jordan says "I am really enjoying this championship, obviously round 1 and 2 were a bit difficult due to the extreme weather and an unfortunate encounter with a immovable rock, but my speed was good. Round 3 and 4 in Landgrove was a fantastic event ... good weather and a good track, if a bit fast. Again my speed was good and but for a few rider errors where I took the incorrect lines and got stuck in some big ruts I should have finished even closer to the top, as it was I was only a few seconds from the top pace. Now I just need to be consistent for the remaining rounds and try to push for the top step. I have gelled really well and easily to the TM 250 2t which is a brilliant bike and very easy to ride, and ride fast . I am very happy with how it is all going."
At the Ride Off-Road hare and hound series Jordan easily won round 2 of the championship. From a mid-pack start Jordan simply pushed to the front extending to a 4 minute lead from u 23 star Jack Rowland . "a very good workout " said Jordan.
Round 5 and 6 of the BSEC series takes place at Saints Well on Easter weekend and Jordan will be there looking to a top podium place .
