MX1-Unfortunaltely the weekend for the Estonian Express did not start off in the best way, during the practice on Saturday whilst Tanel was coming up to a triple jump he found a rider that had committed a mistake in front of him, this forced Tanel to shut off the gas suddenly, the immediate reduction in pace to avoid this rider slow caused Tanel to come up short hitting the face of the third jump, banging his wrist hard. As if this wasn't enough Tanel was to once again to be drawn into anothers riders incident during the qualification session, this time Tanel could not avoid the fallen rider and crahsed himself landing heavily and hitting his hand hard on the silencer of the bike infront of him.
Leok though, as hard as ever, participated anyway in the race gritting his teeth through the pain and discomfort he obtained two precious fifteenth places and some valuable championship points.
The young MX2 class rider, Czech Petr Smitka was not present after injuring himself the week prior to this event during a training exercise.
