TM UK's Stuart Edmonds Tops The E1 U23 Class At British Sprint Enduro Championship  (Feb 17, 2011)

TM UK's Stuart Edmond swapped his front number plate for a headlight and headed over to Wales last weekend to compete with the Electraction TM Enduro squad at the first round of the 2011 ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship.

Stuart, being a total stranger to the Enduro discipline, stepped up to the challenge and took the Under 23 - E1 class win on both days of the 2 day event on his TM 250Fi machine, finishing 3rd overall on Saturday, after finding his feet, Stuart still took the E1 class honours nevertheless. On Sunday, in rather wet and tricky condtions that would see the event cut short, Stuart gifted the overall win to Gas Gas UK's Daniel McCanney on a 300cc 2 stroke E3 machine after a small fall and being held up in traffic cost him dear. Stuart had to settle for second overall on day two, still taking the E1 class victory again for the overall E1 class lead.

Electraction TM's Jordan Scott campaigned the Under 19's class on a TM 125cc E1 machine and took 4th overall on Saturday, finishing 2nd in the E1 category, and 5th overall on Sunday taking 3rd in the E1 category.

Long time TM campaigner and multiple Irish Champion, Gordon Clarke, powered another TM 250Fi around the demanding circuit in the Elite Class and finished a respectable 15th and 16th overall over the 2 days.

A good weekend for the Electraction TM Enduro squad and an incredible weekend for Stuart who showed that his bike skills extend farther than MX alone.
