Archie Hicks Claims The 2010 IOPD British Youth Enduro Championship  (Nov 18, 2010)

TM UK's Cobra supported rider, Archie 'The Hurricane' Hicks, will take the title of 2010 IOPD British Youth Enduro Champion.

The likeable 9 year old lad from Wiltshire secured the 2010 championship title with rounds still remaining in the highly contested series. Piloting his ultra reliable Cobra CX65 machine in these gruelling Enduro events Archie has battled hard all season and the work has paid off.

During the winter Archie will be in training preparing himself for the 2011 season where he will once again compete in the IOPD Championship, also on 'The Hurricane's' calender is the Red Bull National Series where he will compete in selected events and turn his hand to Motocross. Archie has also comitted himself to some of the many winter series that are currently taking place and only recently won the first round of the 'Mudie Bond' Youth Challenge, taking the holeshot young Archie pulled a huge gap on lap one and went on to lap every rider on the demanding 5 mile long circuit taking a convincing win.

Archie has also taken some time to 'look to the future' at the bigger capcity classes that he will no doubt be soon competing in and has already competed in one event on a TM 85cc machine, struggling to touch the floor never deterred Archie and he showed some blistering pace on the 'big' bike finishing the event in the top ten.
