JRF Torque Control - TM 250cc / 300cc 2T.
JRF Torque Control device for TM Racing machines, fits all 250cc 2-models 1999 onwards and all 300cc machines 2005 onwards with TM 250cc and 300cc 2 stroke machines.
Machined from billet aluminium and anodised blue this exceptional quality component will 'damping' device will alter the speed and rate that the powervalve governor opens and closes the powervalve guillotines in the cylinder, this control will allow you to utilise the performance of you large capacity TM Racing 2-Stroke machine in all conditions by varying the 'snap' and power delivery of the engine to maximise grip.
Using an adjustable 8-step hydraulic damper this device allows you to adjust the control of the powervalve with eight separate settings available by rotating the clicker on the top of the device body, these settings are can be desribed as follows.
Setting 1: Standard Power Delivery
Settings 2+3: Fine adjustments from standard setting allowing small changes to the 'snap' of the engine.
Settings 4+5: This is where the Torque Control really start starts to make a big difference to the power delivery of your engine.
Setting 6: Ideal setting for use on hard pack where grip levels are not so great, this setting will reduce spin and increase traction.
Setting 7: Ideal setting for slick (Wet) surfaces, helping to maximise grip levels and increase forward momentum.
Setting 8: Ideal when raining, will give maximum grip allowing those rocky/slippery hills to be tackled confidently, grips levels are maximised in this setting by reducing 'spin' hampering your forward momentum.
